Introduction:

Ms. Grossman served as Staff Attorney to Fulton County Superior Court Judge Philip Etheridge for 27 years. During her tenure with Fulton County Superior Court, she assisted with hundreds of civil and domestic motions, hearings and trials. Suggested Preparation for Mediation:
Ms. Grossman believes that parties should bring any papers to mediation that they think the other side may need to see, for example, recent 401k or IRA or investment statements. Pre-mediation briefs can be helpful in a complex financial or complicated factual case but they are not necessary. Opening statements at mediation usually can clarify the issues and positions.
