Help with Common Log-In Problems|
Some areas of the Center for Legal Solutions web site require users to log-in. For example, you must log-in to schedule a mediation session online or modify your profile. This web page should help users solve common log-in problems.
Log-In Account Required
You must have a log-in account to log-in to the Center's web site. Your log-in account consists of a unique User Name, Password and basic contact information. If you do not have a log-in account, you can create a free log-in account. Your log-in account is separate from your profile.
You Must Verify Your Log-In Account
For security reasons, after you sign-up for your free log-in account, you will automatically receive an email with a link to verify your account. To verify your log-in account, simply click on the link in the verification email. If you're missing this automatically generated verification email, check your spam folder.
Forget Your Password?
If you forget your log-in password, you can have your password emailed to you.
Browser Must Accept Cookies
If your browser window reloads the home page without logging you in, make sure your browser is set to allow cookies. Our log-in procedure uses "cookies" to store user session information. The session information is a like a security badge that lets users navigate secured areas of the site while logged-in. To check whether your Internet Explorer browser allows cookies, check Tools: Internet Options: Privacy: Advanced.
Log-In User Name and Profile Email Address Must Match
When you log-in, our program will check to see if you have a profile on our site. If your log-in user name matches the email address of a profile, your logged-in site view will show links to manage your profile(s). If your log-in user name does not match the email address on your profile(s), you will not see links to edit your profile(s) and you will not be able to edit your profile(s).
