The cost of mediation is simply your mediator's Hourly Rate during time spent working on your case. If your case requires special preparation or research by your mediator, that additional time is billed at the mediator's hourly rate. There are no additional charges for all the amenities you'll enjoy at The Center for Legal Solutions.

You mediate with the other side for 3.5 hours. If your mediator's rate is $105 per party per hour, mediating at The Center for Legal Solutions would cost each side $367.50. There are no additional costs or fees unless your case requires extra preparation time, travel or other extraordinary work.

The hourly rates charged by The Center for Legal Solutions' mediators vary. You can browse our mediator profiles to find out our mediators' hourly rates.
Please note that there is a three-hour minimum requirement for mediation sessions. If you would like to work with a mediator from The Center for Legal Solutions at a distant location, an hourly rate for travel time may apply, which is generally half of your mediator's standard hourly rate.
We realize that mediation is expensive and do our best to offer competitive rates while maintaining a superior service and facility. The Center for Legal Solutions receives no government funds. Presently, we do not offer any fee waivers. You are welcome to consult our Mediation Service Policies.
