An arbitrator can help parties resolve a range of domestic relations issues, including:
- Payment of Alimony;
- Property Division;
- Responsibility for Debts;
- Child Custody;
- Visitation;
- Modification;
- Co-Parenting Rights; and
- Child Support, Health Insurance, and Health Care Expenses;
Parties may submit some or all of these issues for resolution by their arbitrator. Arbitration may be used to resolve issues that were not settled through domestic relations mediation.
